Ophthalmic Technician: Experience in the field is desired, COA certification is preferred. If you have clinical experience in ophthalmology or optometry and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, please fill out our online application.
Ophthalmic Clinical Support Role: Our practice is offering a unique opportunity to learn more about the field of Ophthalmology. We have developed a Clinical Training Program. This entry-level position includes growth potential and an excellent benefits package. You would continue to train throughout your first year with the practice. From there you would be eligible to apply for a COA certification, for which we will offer support and training. We are looking for team members that are passionate about caring for patients and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. If you have experience in the medical field and are eager and motivated to learn a new skill set, please fill out our online application.
Patient Services Role: Our Patient Services Team members are the first impression for our patients. Offering a warm, welcoming smile to patients, both in-person and over the phone. There are a variety of roles within the patient services team, including Reception, Call Center, Medical Records, and New Patient Registration. Though ultimately, we are all working together to assist our patients in getting the care that they need.
Surgery Scheduling Role: Our surgery team works one on one with our surgery patients to prepare for their upcoming surgery with CECA. They also coordinate with our local surgery center on daily basis to address any ongoing patient needs.
Administrative Role: We have a small management team at CECA. All of our managers work actively within our teams to support the staff and strive to offer excellence in patient care. All of our managers have grown into their roles, after working on the team in a direct patient care role.
