Dr. Noble graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in
1998 
as Class President, with Highest Academic Honor and was
awarded the prestigious Health Professions Scholarship through
the United States Navy. He completed his internship at the 
Vitreo-Retinal Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee.

Upon graduation, Dr. Noble served as a United States Naval Officer and Hospital Credentialed Optometrist at the Naval Hospital Cherry Point, North Carolina, where he provided medical eye care to hundreds of Navy and Marine Corps aviators and there families.  He received numerous awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for distinguished and dedicated medical service.

After completing his military service, Dr. Noble was appointed Center Director at a local laser surgery center, where he provided personal and devoted care to thousands of refractive surgery patients.

Dr. Noble opened his Ashland office in 2003 and is dedicated to providing his patients with highly skilled and professional family eye care.  He lives in Hanover County with his wife and two children. 

Dr. Noble was appointed by Governor Kaine to the Virginia Board of Optometry in 2008 and later appointed by the governor to serve as President of the Virginia Board of Health Professions.  He is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the Richmond Optometric Society.
