Once you or your referring doctor has made your appointment with us, we will send you an email with your appointment information and online registration instructions. Please fill out the online registration prior to coming in for your appointment. Your first appointment with us may take approximately two hours. Your eyes may be dilated for this initial visit. If you know you are sensitive to dilation, you may want to bring someone with you to drive you home after your appointment.
Our doctors perform surgery at Stony Point Surgery Center, located at 8700 Stony Point Pkwy, and some procedures may be performed at our main office located on Gaskins Road.
The day of your consultation, if surgery is indicated and desired by you, you will meet with one of our surgical coordinators at the end of your visit. They will schedule your surgery date and time.
You will be given a surgery packet that will include all the information you will need to prepare for your eye surgery.
On the day of your surgery, you will need to have someone with you to drive you home. You should expect to be at the surgery center approximately two hours that day.
We will see you back in our office the day after your surgery for a post-op visit. The time and location for your post-op visit will be scheduled at the same time you schedule your surgery.
If you have further questions, please call our office at (804) 888-6077 or email us.
