Dr. Young completed his glaucoma fellowship at the Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to this he received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia, attended Virginia Commonwealth University for his medical degree, and completed his residency in ophthalmology at Virginia Commonwealth University as well. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the Virginia Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Young joined Commonwealth Eye Care Associates, located in Richmond, Virginia, in 2018. He specializes in ophthalmic consultation and co-management with cataract and glaucoma surgery.
